How to Prepare for Your Appointment?

Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, mascara, strip lash glue, oils or heavy creams around the eyes. 

If the lashes are not in a suitable condition for service, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled or refused.

Avoid tweezing, trimming or shaving your brows before your appointment. For tinting or lamination, avoid retinol, exfoliants or strong skincare around the brow area before your service.

Hair should be long enough to wax. Avoid shaving before your appointment and avoid lotions and oils on the area the day of your service.

Arrive with little to no make up if possible. Avoid a retinol, exfoliants, strong acids, tanning, waxing or other facial treatments close to your appointment.
