Booking Policies

 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment, including same-day cancellations, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 12 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled or canceled. The appointment may still be charged in full.

A no-show is when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not communicate before the appointment time.

No-shows will be charged 75% of the total service cost and are not eligible for a deposit refund.

After one no-show, a 50% deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

If a client no-shows a second time they may be blocked from booking future appointments with SanMonae Beauty.

For the comfort and safety of all clients please come to your appointment alone unless otherwise approved. Additional guests including children are not permitted.

 All services are final and non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review your concerns and assist you accordingly.
